This project was to migrate our Unidesk 3 environment to Unidesk 4. Unidesk 4 completely reworked how the software worked. This software was used to manage our virtual desktops for our clients.

I was the project lead on this upgrade and had to review all the technical documents and create an upgrade plan. I set up and tested this upgrade process in my own time with a small test environment I set up to confirm my process worked. I created a plan with all the needed changes and the implementation process along with a timeline of how things could go. This was brought up to the Change Management team for the final approval and go ahead.

Once it was approved I was in charge of implementing the changes that were needed and creating documentation for the new system so that our help desk could use it to support our clients when needed.
